The purpose of the Windom Commercial Rehabilitation Program is to assist business owners in making life, health, and safety upgrades including such things as: windows, doors, roofing, siding, insulation, sprinkler systems, electrical repairs, lead abatement and more. The goal of this program is to ensure health and safety of employees and patrons.
